Representative Seth Lewis’ District Office to Offer Comprehensive Constituent Services

State Representative Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett) is offering a comprehensive set of constituent services as he begins representing the people of Illinois’ 45th House District.

“I have hired an experienced district office director who is skilled at constituent service, so my office will immediately have the ability to provide workable solutions for a variety of issues people may be facing with state agencies and departments,” said Lewis. “Constituents are encouraged to take advantage of my staff’s expertise.”

The office can act as a liaison to help facilitate assistance in the following areas:

  • Temporary assistance for families or individuals experiencing financial hardship
  • Assistance for disabled individuals
  • Health and prescription drug insurance for low income individuals or families
  • Child support assistance
  • Hunting permits/licensing
  • Birth certificates
  • State tax issues
  • FOID/CCL issues
  • Electric and gas bill assistance for low income Illinoisans
  • Veterans services
  • Professional licensing; transferring a license from another state
  • Business registration
  • Child abuse assistance
  • Foster parent issues
  • Unemployment benefits
  • Identifying and returning unclaimed property

“My office can help people cut through red tape and governmental bureaucracy,” added Lewis. “We are up and running and eager to help and make a difference for people who are struggling. I also encourage those living in the 45th District to share their opinions and suggestions that can improve Illinois. Together, I know we can make Illinois a place people want to live rather than leave.”

The 45th District includes all or portions of Addison, Bartlett, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Hanover Park, Itasca, Roselle, West Chicago, and Wood Dale.
